- Guy-Ho the Patriarch of Great Hakuna found and sustained more followers for his lonely god. Indeed, he convinced the lovely ladies of the Gilded Lily bordello to open a franchise after a certain psychotic goblin set fire to a couch.
- Drak the Wizard took possession of "that jerkwad's" library of necromantic tomes after they raided his mountain stronghold and found him absent.
- In the same stronghold, Fiona the Swashbuckler was the first the win the affections of the baron's daughter. A fearless foe of all thing foul, she would have vanquished monsters for any old princess. This one, however, was well worth winning.
- And speaking of monsters, Corey the Hunter and boomerang specialist managed to mount an only slightly-charred specimen of Slarg in his trophy room. Well, maybe it was a little more charred than he would have liked. A keg of gunpowder will do that...
- And then there was Gaptooth the Delusional Goblin. He won the Master Sword. Too bad it was inflatable and looked like something you'd buy a sex-toy shop.
Tried a new technique last night. I wrote down 10 WilderWords and 10 DungeonWords and tried to use as many of them as I could. A player noticed this and called in Dungeon Bingo. It worked quite well, I thought, even if several words were became ammunition for the giant Slarg throwing crap at the party from afar.
WilderWords:Beacon,Mist, Shelter, Mutagenic,Fangs,Purple,Stirges,Stench,Apes, Ferryman
DungeonWords:Mold,Viscous, Ceremony,Shattered, Boon, Diseased, Eyeballs, Possessed,Scorched,Ashes, Whispers

Nicely done, sir! It sounds like a good time was had by all!
Very cool- love seeing how these techniques actually work in play!
Man, you have the most awesome sessions...I hate you. :)
It was a great time. I really love hosting and I wish I could do it more often. Alas, kids make that tough.
And with regards to the new technique, I'll definitely be using that one again.
(And Matt, I am blessed with great players)
Well, I just downloaded both DungeonWords and WilderWords, and I am severly impressed.
I think I'll be borrowing the technique for a quick time-fller game this week, fingers crossed!
@whiskeytango: Please post a follow-up after you do. I'd love to hear how it works out for you.
